Developing healthy eating habits in childhood can set children up with good eating habits for life. Parents are responsible for which foods to purchase and when to serve them, however some children will pester their parents for less nutritional foods. The important thing is to remember that children will never go hungry, they will always eat what’s in the cupboard and fridge.

Drinking water and eating a wide variety of healthy foods including carbohydrates, dietary fibre, protein and good essential fatty acids can make such a difference to their wellbeing.  Jane can help guide you with making the right choices for your child.
